Dawn of the New
Hello,

When I began learning the new material about the soul I had to look at things in a completely new way.  The soul is the ultimate engine room of absolutely everything that's happening in our life, especially through the spirit (energetic - chakras, meridians etc) body and the physical (muscles, bones, organs, body systems) body.  The human soul is the highest and most complex creation in the entire universe and can only by felt, not viewed by us. We observe, feel and experience our current soul condition and its level of love is in operation every moment of our life.  It is the real-self containing our under-developed (with potential to be developed) attributes and qualities such as; love, truth, unique personality, emotions, passions, desires, aspirations, intentions, unique skills, and soul mind.  It's also the storage place of all our memories, unhealed emotions, blocks, false beliefs, soul errors and injuries we've collected since conception (awaiting release).  This is the focal point if we are to permanently heal spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically. The way to access, develop and release these from the soul is through sincere desire, feelings and honest expression of emotions.
Using the mind only to change things does not alter the condition of our soul.

This is something we simply cannot skip over because it will be still there in a hundred thousand years if we do.

Soul, Spirit body and Physical body connections - image credit to John Doel

As I gain more understanding of the basic function of the human soul, I'm constantly curious of the role and workings One Garden Essences has in their interactions with us. Because I've been told, they and other modalities, only have the capability of influencing the spirit and physical bodies.   Its when we engage feelings that we can connect to the soul.

However, from my experience in taking One Garden Essences over the years, I definitely know that after doses, I often get emotionally triggered or increased awareness on specific issues relevant to the essence I'm taking. This gives me a perfect opportunity to choose to express/process these emotions in order to heal my soul on that particular subject.  When I do this effectively, particularly when I receive Divine Love, positive changes occur physically, spiritually and with my interactions with the world.

Hi Christine

I wanted to touch base and let you know that the Essence Divine Rememberance has had a significant impact on me.

I've cleared some very deep emotional junk - from some very deep places. It sort of conjured to one big breakthrough - so deep yet so profound.

I cleared a lot around my father and my thought processes. I was also able to articulate my needs to my partner in a way that I finally feel heard. Expressing this was paramount and to finally receiving understanding from my husband (and) has put (us) more on a very strong and aligned foundation.

I am forever grateful. I would love to order more down the track and include it as a go to Essence within my own clinic. I felt it was the type of healing that sneaks up on you and the clearing can't be controlled so the mind can't get in the way.

Amazing Christine.
 Many Thanks
 Warmest regards, Tracy
Thank you Thalia and Tracy so very much for taking the time to write about your experience.  If you have an experience with our essences you would like share, we would love to hear from you.

Divine Growth Update

Since I wrote my last blog on Divine Growth, I learned something more about change vs difference and I would like to clarify this point.

When I talk about growth and change, I am talking about growth in love in the soul which is an upward, progressive movement.   When there's a "change" by choosing something different, it may in fact be moving sideways not upwards in order to avoid confronting issues.   Anytime there is an avoidance of issue, things appear to be changed but eventually the truth of the matter reveals itself by situation/s with the same dynamics occurring again.

For example,  there may be a move to another location because of an aggressive neighbour.  At the new place circumstances may appear to have changed and better, but within weeks/months another aggressive person may arrive on the scene.  This is God's Law of Attraction, an educational process at work which is always a perfect invitation, offering an opportunity to seek the true emotional cause for these situations.  Once the wounding in the soul is emotionally processed,  we are unlikely to attract these situations again.  This will then reflect authentic positive growth and change in the soul especially if Divine Love is received.

I'm very busy in the background upgrading the information on our website.  I'm quietly excited about this as it feels there is progress occurring.   This week I have published the keywords that accompany each essence.  It may not sound like a lot but its been a feeling process with each one...and this takes time.   Here's the link if you want to have look, I have also added some new photos.

Thank you again for being here,

With Love
Christine

The Heatwave and Drought of Rage

23/1/2014

Picture
Greetings and Happy New Year!

We're sweltering in a heatwave here.  And it was exactly this time last year when we taught a One Garden Workshop and birthed the essence Rage in the gorgeous Bunya Mountains.

Extreme weather brings out the worst in us.  It pricks our comfort zones and diminishes our tough resistance until all hell breaks loose. We certainly saw some classic examples of this last year.

I was just going through some of my writings on the essences I have not released yet thinking that I was creating a new range. But after a recent consultation with our Celestial Guides, we are now including them with our main range and calling the whole range One Garden Divine Flower and Nature Essences - Emotional Gardening for the Soul.  This means that we now have 82 stock essences.  I will gradually release these new essences as I complete the writing and place them on our website for purchase.

The other BIG change is we're phasing out the use of alcohol. Guided by both our customers and Celestial Guides, we have been shown that more and more people are now sensitive to alcohol due to the damage it causes with our health - even in small amounts. So we're now creating our essences with saline solution.

Rage - made from Stinging Nettle and Lace Bark Tree

If we are not healing and making progress, it could be because we are stalled in our anger and rage.
Anger/rage is a physical response and must be physically released in order to heal. There are both adult and childhood rage. However, most of the rage originates from our childhood when we were not allowed to be angry or unresolved injuries that have been left to fester over time. Rage covers our fear and grief. Annoyance, irritation and frustration are indicators that deeper levels of anger are present. Often people who feel the heat are harboring suppressed rage.

The essence Rage, is a catalyst for change, a code breaker, it breaks through long held, negative, emotional patterns making way for true loving expression to emerge.

Rage is an intense form of anger, likened to a volcano.  Whilst a volcano can remain capped and dormant for long periods of time, the potential of eruption is always possible.  Rage is normally associated with heat, but resentment is the highest form of rage yet it is a cold, steely form of rage…it’s when we become white with rage. Manipulation, cold-heartedness, calculating, callus intention to do harm are elements that are often associated with heart-harden criminals such as Hitler, Anthony Hopkins' portrayal of “Silence of the Lambs” type crimes.  But whether we want to know it or not we all have this potential within us and while this remains in us, we contribute through our universal interconnection web, to the heinous crimes taking place around the world.  But coming back to our own backyards, these denied emotions cause massive havoc and sabotage in our own lives.

Rage ties up all other emotions.  With rage we feel a sense of false power, strength, rebellion and righteousness, which is not love. Rage helps to separate/detach us from our fear and grief; emotions that are associated with weakness, vulnerability and powerlessness.  To be in a place of suppressed rage, we essentially are in “lock down” where no other movement can be expressed. The opposite place to rage is surrender, surrendering to tsunamis of grief is opening our soul to love and assistance from the purest forms of love.

It’s interesting that we fear the surrender to our grief, yet it is paradoxical that when we surrender to these emotions, we become powerful and allow transformational healing.

Rage can cause energy deprivation experienced in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or similar.  It takes massive amounts of strength and resources to suppress our rage and keep all other emotions locked up.

Stinging Nettle in traditional herbal medicine is used for blood purification.  When rage is present it muddies and thickens the blood making the blood cells sticky and malformed. This hinders nutrient absorption and distribution. The colour of rage in our spirit body is a muddy, maroon colour, the same colour in the centre of the Lace Bark flower.

Rage is an emotion that we are fearful of.  We feel out of control. For we have experienced rage in our childhood and remember how terrified we felt.

One may ask, "how does a person become murderous and rage-full?"  A little puppy bounded up to me when I returned from making this essence.  A puppy is innocent, trusting and playful. But if that puppy grows up living a life of deprivation, abuse and torment, it would become savage and attacking.  The same applies to ALL humans who are born innocent and loving. But growing up without love, in an environment of abuse, torment and neglect, the child grows into an adult full of rage and vengeance.  In the absence of love, we gain survival strategies which take on many addictions.  This may be debilitating illness that requires others to care for us or living a life of bullying as simple examples. It is often true to say that  “sugar sweet”, placating  people are likely to be full of suppressed rage, because placating is part of the control and manipulation for them to avoid their pain.

Our friend and One Garden Practitioner, Samantha Kay offers some observations.

“A point of interest in its Doctrine Of Signatures, that I remembered today is that you can stroke a nettle plant 'the right way' & not get 'stung' as the barbs only go one way. This is like us with our rage, you can meet our addictions & rub us the right way but as soon as you don't, watch out! The barbs bite!!

Nettles can be used to rebuild the thyroid gland when it has been destroyed by our rage, and also for men who have prostate issues. Also very beneficial for kidneys - where our rage turns into grudges & resentment, unforgiveness….

As you would know the botanical name is Urtica dioica - interesting link to Urticaria (hives), I also found it useful for treating skin rashes & irritation due to its blood cleansing properties. Where homoeopathically it is going to address the anger manifesting on the skin

Nettles contain both histamine (involved in allergic reactions) and formic acid (same as what makes ant bites sting) AND its own antidote to that - a compound which acts as an anti-histamine - interesting as the rashes & skin issues are so linked to childhood anger & rage…and God provides us with an antidote - natural love - until we are able to get to the root & transform it……

It was so beautiful the way we were shown what I feel for myself is the biggest block to my rage - shame through the brachychiton (Lace Bark) flowers. I looked it up - Aboriginals used the bark of the tree as shields, interesting that the flowers are petal-less?”

Prior to making this essence during our level 1 workshop, we were experiencing a long period of drought during the wet season.  For many weeks the storm clouds would tease on the horizon and then move away. Australia was experiencing extremes; record breaking heatwaves, stuck in holding patterns, taking people to the brink. This is what our soul feels when we suppress our rage.  As we began speaking about the essence we were making the next day, an intense rainstorm broke through the barrier. The intense flow was sheer relief for us.  We collected this water for our essence the next day.

The following week of making this essence, the eastern part of Australia was inundated with record floods and cyclones. Raging flood waters gouged out the dry creek beds and spilled over the banks across the land.  I have always been a keen observer of the interplay between our collective suppressed emotions and the weather.   If we want change in the weather then we need to deal with our suppressed emotions.

There was an intense ethnic feud raging in the suburbs of Ipswich near Brisbane.  Everything was reaching extremes, highs and lows, the pendulum was swinging from one extreme to another.

The tree that gifted its flowers to make the essence with the nettle plant had its roots exposed when the road was carved out of the earth.  To get to our deeper emotions, we need to access the root, the source of our pain.

The influencing movie for this essence is the "Life of Pi", a beautifully crafted story of a young man named Pi and a tiger adrift and alone at sea, both vying for survival.  I feel the tiger was representing the rage the young man was trying to control.  The most poignant moment in the movie was Pi’s surrender to God. The essence Rage encourages the sweet beauty of surrender.  By laying down our defensive weapons of resistance to being defenceless to the ultimate power of love, we win the war. Rage prevents us from having sustaining relationships and resources.

During the ensuing weeks after making this essence, I tested it out.  This was the code breaker that I desperately needed.  For I was in a Mexican standoff against Love, God and the world.  I found myself being an unloved little girl, arms folded, stomping in a rebellious tantrum, telling the world that I was not going to love because the world didn’t love me, so why should I give the world my love.  So, do you think this is a place to invite love into my life?  I found myself being the tiger, roaring and lashing out, taking what I wanted, but then helplessly crying when I got myself into difficult circumstances.  As I surrender, allowing myself to feel powerless and vulnerable, pathetic and weak, it breaks the ground to allow compassion and love to creep in.

Emotional: Addiction to remain angry, addiction to feel powerful in order to avoid other emotions, controlling others with rage, suppression of rage, placating others, defensive, reactive, explosive, unpredictable, untrustworthy, unstable, easily triggered, childhood rage & anger, rage & anger towards God and parents, grudges, resentment, unforgiveness, shame, emotional blocking/shielding, putting up barriers to others, barriers to projections, controlling, manipulative, calculating, vengeful, superior and righteous.

Physical: Low blood pressure, lethargy, chronic fatigue, arthritis, autoimmune disease, anemic, lack of oxygen, slothful movement, unsatisfying sleep, thyroid dysfunction, prostate dysfunction (rage towards women) skin rashes/irritation (rage), skin allergies, hives, inflammation, fever, immune deficiency.

Helpful: Catalyst for change, addressing long held embedded patterns, cracking the code to open new living patterns, leading naturally to emotional causes of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual blocks, gentle, loving & encouraging, works at the level of desire and intention, anti-histamine, blood cleanser, thyroid support.

Encourages: emotional honesty, courage, desire to heal, awareness of effects and consequences, take loving action, self responsibility, re-prioritize, breakthrough.

Action: Create a safe space for the spontaneous expression of rage/anger including making loud noises, if unable to create safe space consider other strategies such as going into nature; ownership of the triggers to anger/rage; take action immediately when rage/anger becomes present; do not project onto others, be honest and willing to feel intensity;  use implements to safely express (base ball bat/rubber hose and punching bag); if staying in rage for longer than 45 seconds, this is an avoidance of fear and grief; allow other emotions (fear and grief) permission to emerge after rage; read/watch resources that demonstrate safe and loving emotional processing; become informed about emotional processing.

Like all our essences, Rage is a divine gift, influenced by the backdrop of extremes. To demonstrate that we must learn to weather our emotional storms and allow ourselves the extreme feelings of deprivation and separation from love, causing a breakthrough to allow love to flood us, overwhelm us and finally reclaim us.

With much love

Acts of Love

PictureDivine Compassion
I have held this blog in draft form for sometime now.  As I grow in truth I feel more inclined to only write from a place of authentic experience, not from a head-space of concepts.  I held back from publishing this as I felt I needed more first hand experience with forgiveness and remorse. Over this period of time I have spent much time getting to know compassion, forgiveness and repentance more intimately. I also saw the movie Life of Pi.  I witnessed and was encouraged by the act of surrender so beautifully demonstrated in this film.

Over many years I have been on a quest to find the ultimate miracle of healing.  I felt if I could find a way to heal my pain, then I could also help others to heal theirs.

When I think back over all the time, courses, journeys and the money I've spent on this quest of mine, searching for the best teacher, best technique...looking for the holy grail of healing.  So what did I learn? I learned that I had a massive addiction to a fairytale in an attempt to avoid my pain or me having to do any hard work.  I wanted to be separated from the process, like going under general aesthetic, I wanted God or someone to take my wounds away, to wake up in the morning after a miracle being performed and it would all be gone. I wanted to be free of the horrible life long feelings of being unloveable and rejectable, having no identity and no value to my parents or to the world. I also found in avoiding my pain, ducking and weaving, using quick fixes, I was avoiding my healing, stuck in a never ending pattern of self deception.  What I wanted is not the process of true healing for I discovered that I need to be fully present, awake and continuing to guide the process using my desire and will to heal. Being fully involved in the decision of what addictions I am willing to give up in order to heal.

God has created us in a way so we can only avoid things for so long, for there is a tipping point in which the level of truth of our pain becomes higher than our ability to avoid it. Where arrogance and stubbornness surrender into humility. Humans have an inbuilt self adjustment mechanism. a point of surrender, where all the labyrinth entries are blocked and there is no where else to hide (the movie/book, Life of Pi shows this so elegantly). I found myself in this place, there I was, stark naked, in full view of honesty admitting that I could no longer do this on my own.  All my strength crumbled into a desperate, humbled little girls voice, daring to ask for help...from where I didn't know...out there somewhere I suppose, perhaps ...I pray I hope that God will come.

Over the past 4 years and more so over the past 2 years, I have definitely found what I was looking for, the holy grail of healing.  The grail itself is my soul and my willingness to open and receive love, Divine Love. A love directly given from God that heals and transforms all.  Along with this love comes God's Forgiveness, Grace and Mercy.

Because of my childhood and maybe you can relate too, there was much harm projected towards me. And when this happens over time, a rage develops within and is projected out to the world in the form of DEMAND. Its like an animal who is badly mistreated becomes mistrustful and attacking as a way of protection from more harm.  In this scenario, there is no space for love.  Something has to change if we want to heal.  Even though the demand upon the world feels justified and self righteous.

Forgiveness and Repentance both come from a soul-full sincere emotional feeling process, nothing changes at the soul level with little, insincere or forcefully demanded words.

The Five Stages of Repentance (Remorse and Forgiveness) thank you Mary Luck for this gift.

This engages one of the highest Laws of Love - Law of Forgiveness, Grace and Mercy, which supersedes the Law of Compensation (Karma)

For the harm we have done to Others and Self, without self punishment. The process of healing only works if it is done without the act or feeling of self punishment. As soon as this element comes in, healing stops. ( I had an ant show me this truth). Our essence Divine Compassion helps us to draw on soul qualities of compassion, kindness, patience and love.

1. The intellectual awareness that I've harmed another.

2. An emotional acknowledgement of my unloving behaviour.

3. A desire to experience the pain that I have created in them.

4. A desire to find the emotional cause of why I did this thing that was unloving, and then to emotionally experience that. (what cause me to do this)

5. A desire to do every single thing to correct the harm that I have done, including taking action to reverse it and asking for forgiveness from the person.

Process of Forgiving Others

1. Courage to feel and express emotions (anger, fear, hurt, shame, grief)

2. Grieve how much it hurt and deprived you

3. Feel the unjustness and unfairness (refrain from vengeance and revenge)

4. What causes them to do this to me

Here is the One step to Forgiveness

Forgiveness is the process of feeling ALL of the pain, all the unfairness and unjustness that was caused to you by that person. You only completely forgive them when there is none left inside of you. Forgiveness is the automatic feeling when all injury is gone.

Forgiveness is a soul gift to you and the person you are forgiving.  This will help them one day when it is time for them to feel the emotion of what they have done to you through remorse.

Remember these processes apply to: the harm you have done to others, the harm you have done to yourself and the harm people have done to you.

This is the fastest way to grow our soul in love and one the ultimate ACTS OF LOVE for ourselves and the world.

PictureDivine Compassion - (Polygala virgata)
Hello
I promised I would back with information about our essence Divine Compassion - a beautiful divine messenger from nature.

Divine Compassion (Purple Broom or Polygala)
a flower originally from South Africa, was the last essence we made on the Tuesday after Easter. I honestly thought that we had completed our range, but early one morning when stirring from sleep, I received a message from my spiritual guides that there was a flower waiting for our attention. I was told that it was the key to opening our heart and increasing our willingness to embrace the essential process of emotional healing.  I immediately knew which one it was.  Almost a year had past since I had connected with this flower and believing our range was complete, I had wondered what this connection was all about.

Around the time of its birth, I was learning/experiencing more about compassion, forgiveness and humility, the most poignant source being from a book study session of "Through The Mists" with Mary Magdalene. I have always found each essence comes at the time its needed the most.

As humans we have a predisposed tendency to punish ourselves and others. We create lines in the sand, and once crossed, all hell breaks loose. It's a pattern that has been encoded as a first level response to mistakes.  We punish with varying degrees of harshness. This is usually accompanied by un-forgiveness, grudges, bitterness, rage and feelings of un-justness.  These toxic emotions eat away at us and our relationships, while at the same time we have passionate desires to live in a world of love and happiness. Feels irreconcilable or incompatible doesn't it?

We have mostly two responses when we make errors/mistakes; we either punish and berate ourselves, in order to prevent others punishing us, or we push back in rebellion, blaming others to prevent us feeling the shame of our errors and accepting responsibility for the consequences. When an error occurs we immediately expect punishment in some form. The shame causes us not to act immediately to make amends. That's what we experienced through our childhood and schooling was it not?  We didn't have any one showing us compassion or explaining that mistakes are an essential way for us to learn and grow. We certainly have compassion though for a little child learning to walk and we don't yell at them when they fall down many times through their experimentation...or do we???

Judgement and punishment come from our heart made of stone with a severe demand and expectation for constant perfection. The act of compassion, kindness, patience and love softens our heart, melting it into flesh.  I spent a lot of time with this flower, both emotionally and physically. Observing the flower's structure, it goes through many stages and changes, continually transforming into another shape, colour and presentation. There is no time limit to the stages.  Each stage unfolds in its perfect time and cannot be forced or demanded. I have found these these different stages represented in a series of photos (see below). Of course the process of compassion and forgiveness is a series of stages.  If we attempt to skip an emotional stage of forgiveness it becomes false. Complete forgiveness can never be obtained by a mental decision of "let it go, its in the past" or "get over it" or "she'll be right mate". An injury of judgement and punishment makes a mark and claims space upon the soul.  It stays there until it is emotionally processed and released although its scar will remain forever.

Forgiveness comes naturally when the pain of the injury is fully felt and complete. In other words, when all the pain of un-justness is felt, the expression of forgiveness is automatic.  If you look carefully at the flower, you can see this final point when the flower releases the seed from its heart, showing the symbol of transformation in the shape of a butterfly.

Because compassion is an act that requires humility, forgiveness, kindness and most of all it's an act of love, I was guided to place the heart shaped stone we used when making Divine Humility and the seed ball we also used for making Divine Redemption (it just happened to be among the flowers of compassion) with flowers of Divine Compassion.

An act of love, of compassion, does not mean that the consequences of error can be avoided.  I remember Carolyn Myss saying in her dvd, "sometimes the most compassionate thing to do is to stand back and let someone feel the full measure of their actions".  We also learn and grow through the impact of consequences. The main aspect of this is having love and compassion present in the act of standing back.

My experience with this essence is the encouraging feeling of softness, gentleness and willingness to respond to the situation with soft eyes and voice of love. A feeling of loving arms holding me through the process of feeling my shame and hurt. A gentle form of courage to address the situation with love and action. These qualities are already living with us yet are overshadowed by demand and harshness, usually the wounded voice of a parent or teacher. Of course, this flower shows us there are many faces, aspects and layers to errors and forgiveness, far beyond what I am able to share right now. For this blog is meant to be a short overview.

Overall, what I have found from the message of this flower is that humility, compassion, kindness, patience and love certainly help us change a wound into an act of love. Learning through the process of love rather than punishment and judgement. This essence stirs the qualities of love from the bottom of my soul and brings them into action. For me this is profoundly beautiful and offers a new way to respond to my errors and the errors of others.

With all the war and expressions of rage around our globe, it looks like everyone could use a generous dose of compassion. Self punishment and hard hearted-ness has been the primary barrier between me, the world and happiness. I love this gift  of Divine Compassion, for I can feel myself softening...finally.  How about you, how is your world, hard or soft?

In my next blog I will talk about the stages of forgiveness, a process of transformation through the act of love.

Much love
Christiana

Our last essence - Divine Compassion
Greetings
Over the past 4 years of birthing 72 essences, it has been exciting, challenging, terrorising and humbling experience.  At times I was galloping down the road at a fast pace shouting to the world of our discoveries, while for the other part of time I wanted to hide under the covers terrorised by the responsibility of it all.  I've had much to heal and reconcile. Now I am learning about the profound qualities and value of patience, allowing myself the time to absorb the lessons offered. Moving it from intellectual data to heart-full integration. Patience and I have always struggled with each other, but now I can see what patience has to offer and what can be solidly built with it.

You can see that we have a new look and format.  I have decided to give the newsletter format away as it was always a big job and caused me much procrastination.  I feel the blog format will be much easier, simpler and to the point, in other words, short and sweet. We have a new website address www.onegardenessences.com . As a techno challenged person, I met many fears and obstacles to create this website.  I am really pleased with the result although there is still much tinkering to do.  I invite you to have wander around in our e-garden.

I was reading my last newsletter with the announcement that we had completed the full range of One garden Essences with the birth of Divine Father.  I both blushed and chuckled when I read this as there have been a few more additional essences since then.  There is an old saying..."show God your plans and She laughs", I can imagine the belly laugh that went across the cosmos when I sent that newsletter out (although in reality I know She would smile and love me anyway).  In the next edition I will talk about the new additions, one being Divine Compassion (see photo) and the others are our New Earth Essences.  Here is a link to a preview on the New Earth Essences (photos below).

My focus now is to refine One Garden's information/messages.  I am now embracing their potent overall message.  They certainly are a refinement and new generation in the way we view healing. With anything new, I realise it takes time for people to open to embrace the changes.  It comes down to being open to receiving the unique gifts that One Garden offers.  I know deeply in my heart that One Garden are the early messengers of new beginnings in the way all healing will be conducted in the future.

I will leave you with this beautiful quote I found the other day, for this has also been my experience with nature.

"I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in." ~ George Washington Carver

I hope you enjoy the spring in the south and the fall in the north, to take time in the garden as precious moments of reflection and soul nurturing.

Much love
Christiana
